All card data is securely processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple, or Google) in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Jñāna does not store your full card number or CVV.
Usage data. We record what content you watch in the App (e.g., video titles, timestamps, completion progress) to personalise your experience and help you resume where you left off.
Technical data. This includes your device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and session activity for security, analytics, and debugging.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through our forms, we collect the information you provide.
Cookies. Our Website uses cookies that are essential to its functioning. Any analytics or marketing cookies will only be used with your consent.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.

  • To provide and improve our App and Website experience.

  • To process your payments and manage subscriptions.

  • To send you essential communications such as password resets, purchase confirmations, and updates to our terms or features.

  • To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

  • Communications are kept for up to 24 months after resolution.

  • Marketing contact data are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

We may keep aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, limited access, and regular review of our systems and vendors. No online system is completely secure, but we strive to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Our App does not include advertising SDKs and does not share your activity with advertisers.
